We understand that sometimes a person's pay schedule is more condusive for a payment date later in the month. This is why we provide the opportunity for you right now to select a different day of the month (no later than th 15th) to be your due date. There is an additional monthly adminsitrative fee of $10/mo if you choose to take advantage of this option.

Our Standard Lease Term is 12 months Long. After 12 months you will have the option to renew the Lease for another 12 months.

We do understand that sometimes there are special circumstances that may require a shorter or longer term lease. We do offer non-standard leases for no less then 6 month terms up to no greater then 18 month terms.

The Lease you will sign with AMOSO Realty LLC will stipulate you are responsible for utilities at this residence. In most cases you will just have the utilities put in your Name and they will be billed directly to you. However in some cases such as Sewer and Trash bills the owner will pay and put the amount on your monthly ledger for reimbursement. You will be responsible for checking your ledger on a regular basis to make sure you pay the correct amount each month.
